Well there are a lot of email providers on the market you can make accounts to any of them. Majority are free so you can choose whatever you want as your email provide. Good luck!

I like yahoo and I have been using it since 2003 and I have ben satisfied with their services.

Yahoo is ok but not so good i guess.
