I would try to avoid, to be honest. But if it is not avoidable like for work, heck. No real choice there, isn't it? :P

Hi, I will speak to people I hate or dislike as that makes me the better person. I used to have a fued with my neighbours and it lasted for years, in the end I went and knocked on their door to sort it out. I know they still don't like me, but I couldn't care less, I go out my way to make conversation with them now - who's the better person?

Generally I never hate/dislike anyone. Incase I hate I will keep away from them.

If it's a person I dislike at work, I avoid them. However if the time came where I talk with them, I would keep it to the point and professional. I have a good neighbor that is moving, and I am throwing a going away party for her and her family, there is one neighbor that I dislike, she and her family are invited, out of respect for my friend, I will be nice with a friendly hello, but will be busy cooking, and with all the people here, will hopefully not have to deal with her much.
