I lurked around for awhile to just check it all out, I like to try and figure out how things work before I really get involved and seeing as there are so many sites that are a littls suss these days I think it is best to check them out even before you actually join...

I did post a little but mainly I just kinda lurked around to get the feel of things

I remember when I first joined, I did my first discussion and didn't get very many responses (i think maybe 1 or 2) and kinda got discouraged. After that, I spend a little time away from the site before I got sent back by another member. I realized I still have an account and ended up jumping right into answering discussions. After I got comfortable, I began to do discussions myself again... It really took me a while before I really got into the groove here.

I think it took me about a week to do my first discussions, I did start responding to others straight away. I don't think I could just look without doing anything, lol!

I join other people's discusssion most of the time. Posting straight away may get very few responses. i believe that we need to understand the interests of the people here forst. CHeers!!

I have been a member of another forum so I kind of already have an idea how things work. I was however posting without really knowing how the points and the earnings work and so I think I was not posting as how mylot wants it. after a while I got to read a lot of discussions about how to maximize earnings on mylot and I have been keeping them in mind eversince.
