what do you think about a war and why countries declare war.why do they think so

I don't think it is the country that declares war. George Bush did not ask me about invading Iraq. I see it as another Viet Nam. If the people are not willing to fight for their freedom then there is no hope.

I believe that war is derived from extreme desperation. And, as the saying goes, "desperate means call for desperate measures." I know I'm simplifying it, though it is my opinion that those are the seeds that cause the flower to bloom.
