Panang Curry

Here's what I do... I go to the International Food isle of my supermarket and pick up a package of the paste! It's so simple -It's made by A Taste of Thai, and it's great! The directions are not complicated, a little oil, a tablespoon or two of the paste (the package lasts for about three meals if you put it in a zip-lock bag in the fridge)sizzle, add coconut milk (1 can) and any veggies and meats that you want!
