How many adults, who are 25 and above, do you know that still live with their parents?

In my country, if we work in out hometown, this is a norm. We normally stay with parents if we are still not yet married. But, i'm cuurently working away from home, so renting house outside. Missing home cook food :(

In my husband's culture it is fine to be 25 years of age and still live with their parents. I think it is OK. It depends on what they people involved want and if they complement each other. Sometimes they can help each other. However, if you are still living in your parents home you should be giving back...not freeloading.

I know one for sure personally, but I have heard that many do. I don't agree with it myself. I think there is a time to get out on your own and even if it is tough money wise, I still think it is best on your own. Also, the parents need the time away from children as well. Most look forward to having not to worry about them all the time.

I remember when everyone was trying as hard as they could to get out of their parents home. "I can't wait until I'm eighteen so that I can get out of here."

I have a cousin who lived with his parents until he was 34. He also slept with his parents until he was 12. The aunt and uncle also has 2 other sons and a daughter. One son is 37 and the daughter is 40 who both live at home. The other brother who is 39 lives at home on the weekend because he works out of town. I want to sit around the house naked when I am 55. I would have to kick my kids out. If a mother bird never kicks the baby out of the nest will it learn to fly?
