I like novels that have substance to them. I don't like romance novels, but I do like a good mystery. Right now I'm reading 'My Sister's Keeper' by Jodi Picoult. In this story one sister is diagnosed with cancer and the parents have another baby so they can use her bone marrow to save the older sister. When this girl grows up, she sues her parents so that she can have the right to decide how to use her body. It's a great book for a book club discussion.

I like Time Magazine actually. The main reason is because it gives men and women both a chance to explore the real world of today. It easy to doctor's office and just start reading. It helps the waiting go by more quickly to. It's a very informative journal. They offer a website to visit. If you want reality, go to www.time.com

I tend to prefer Christian books. Sometimes I like something heavy that really gets me thinking, but more often I prefer to read what someone has to say about themselves and their experiences. At present I am reading a fascinating book by John Mellor called "Miracles from the dust" where he recounts literally hundreds of accounts of miraculous healings and deliverances as well as giving a very honest appraisal of his own life.

I like to read the Word of God - the Holy Bible. In fact, I am translating it from Greek to English and I have already published THE WILL New Testament (Greek to English), GENESIS, EXODUS, LEVITICUS (Greek-English), and some others shown at http://www.lulu.com/arseniajoaquin I hope that you also read these books. We learn much from reading and especially reading the Holy Bible which is complete and from where we acquire wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. These books are good for anybody - woman, children, man or anybody of any age, race, status of life, etc.

i love fairy tales... they may be some sort of naive but you see, this world is so complex and i am really tired of its tricks or other things like that. entering a pure world could comfort me though i know it does not exsit at all. but it's ok. i don't care.
