Can one Network for business on MyLot?

I have found a line of very nice jewlry and am looking for a partner on MyLot. I do not have time to sell and I was wondering if it was reasonable to look for a partner on MyLot. Of course, I know the risks of dealing with someone unknown, but I do think this can be overcome with general caution. Has anyone ever met your friends on MyLot? I guess that would help in any business endeavor.
