I am willing to create an account for online transaction. But i am confused whether to go with paypal or alertpay. I heard that alertpay charge less than paypal for withdrawing funds to bank account....
I got paid only once... but the second time i was about to reach the poyout but those people reduced my referral count to just 3 from 72. Dont know why??? still wondering....Share your views....
