i used to receive more than 100 mail per day dude before..... at tat time i'll give my mail id to every site i visit..... so lots of mails 'll be received per day.....at a stage i wasn't able to check my personal mails even.....so i deleted my account nd created a new acc..... i learnt from the incident tat v should not give our mail ids to unknown sites....

i dont know the epics fully.....but i love to read excerpts from those legendary epics.....they r so so interesting...... Indian mythology excerpts, the Ramayana and Mahabaratha r greatest pieces of literature.....

Its very easy dude...... follow the following steps,.... 1.first kill the app using the task manager.... 2.then u go to the control panel--->Add or remove programs 3.then uninstal al programs which u havent installed manually... 4.then instal a good anti spyware or a good security client lik bitdefender....
