How can you keep urself healthy in this busy world?

Now a days it is realy becoming impossible to take out some time to exercise,workout to keep yourself healthy

If u were an animal then wat all benefit you can have

I don't have to earn,free to do anything,no tention of making life better

so who all beleive in LUCK ! ,Can u give example of ur life

coming into extra marrital affair is correct or not ?

I think most of the people come into extra marrital affairs coz they are not hapy with their partner,but it is wrong coming into other relation is not the solution,if one is not hapy with the partner...

No love no tention,do you beleive in this?

I have a bitter experience of my life that when we are in love then we cannot live happy,rather daily you'll be tensed about some reason relating to your love
