Have you tried positive affirmations? I know it sounds stupid and it takes a while to work but they really helped me a lot when I was having trouble with depression. If you are not trying to get into a specific school than as long as you get around a 500 on each part of the SAT (I don't know the scoring for ACT) you should be ok, many state schools have rolling admission and community colleges are easy to get into if you don't get into a state school and if you do well your first semester at community college you can transfer to a better school if you want....

This is a difficult debate. In the short term, the immunizations may prevent some diseases (they are never 100% effective) which is good, obviously I do not want diseases.
