I used to play board games I always used to ignore chess but since I started playing chess I felt that there is no other game as interesting as it chess. it is like an extreme brain work out. who else plays here?

One thing I like the most about summer is it brings fruit like mango with it which is called is the king of fruits. I always impatiently waits for mangoes. we have almost every kind of mangoes found here.

Even though someone can do it anytime in a day but if you do it when sun is rising it is super beneficial i can tell this because of my experience. The athletes like me prefer it early morning.

Paul Gonzales Yes, it is more beneficial personally I have also had experience it was my weight loss journey. I lose weight from 120kg to 80kg seriously those who want to lose weight morning is the best time to do exercises.
