There are only two ways displayed to get verified. One is "Link a bank account" and second one is "get paypal plus credit card" The problem is "I dont have a USA bank account so i cannot use this link. The account balance shows the 20 usd that i have earned. So that's not a matter of paypal itself hacking the account for my mere 20 usd. But for me 20 usd is a big amount as it was hard earned.
