| | | My name is Louise. I am 51 years old. I was born in the Netherlands and lived there until I was 19 and moved to England. I have done lots of different jobs in my life, teacher, Legal Executive, Senior Nurse Manager, Triage Nurse running my own clinics, now Teaching English as a Foreign Language(when the clients are available)and I am an independent distributor for a company called Ecoflow, in UK (more about that later if you are still awake to read that far).
I am single and have never been married. I share a house with one of my brothers. The rest of our siblings live in Holland and my mother lives there too.
I have two cats,called Jessie and Annie. They are both black and white cats. Jessie is an epileptic and needs very regular medication otherwise she has fits, but apart from that she is a normal cat.
I love writing things, so joining this site was one of the better decisions in my life and I have only been here 24 hours, but have already met some very interesting people. I like to have intelligent discussions on things that really matter, rather than some of the things I have seen so far,but it appears there are more likeminded people on this site, so that is ok.
I have a second degree in history (my first one was in English many years ago). I like to read a lot and I love classical music, opera, ballet,and dance and trance music.
I became unemployed earlier this year, after suddenly developing quite aggressive Rheumatoid Arthritis. Since then I have just been teaching a bit of English on and off.
I also joined Ecoflow as mentioned above. I bought one of their bracelets, called a Bioflow, which has a magnet in it. I thought it was quite expensive, but the lady who sold it to me assured me that if it did not work I would get 85% of my money back if I returned it within 90 days. So I bought a bracelet and within 2 weeks both my RA and my migraines had disappeared. I then bought a cat collar from the company for Jessie, and since then she has been more alert. A friend of mine runs a cat rescue centre and had a very arthritic cat. We put one on her and the last time I saw her she was playing football in the sitting room with a large paper ball and the vet who treated her thought she was a different cat when he saw her for a check up.
By this time I was somewhat convinced. Being a nurse I was interested in the evidence and in fact the British Medical Journal had an article in it that concluded that the Bioflow magnet has a statistically significant beneficial impact on people's health as compared to ordinary ferrous magnets (which you can buy for a few pounds on the market) and placebos.
So I joined the company and can now sign up other people in England and some countries of the EU. The sign up fee in England is £60.00 - which includes your business pack etc. The mark up on the products is very high and there is a good incentive scheme. I would love to develop my own down-line but have not really approached anyone at present because I have not had the time yet (being on myLot all the time i think).
