i exercise regularly, i am an exercise addict. in the morning i ran 2-3 miles and also in the afternoon. i tried to keep my body fit, always. i guess this is the best way to loose weight and not diet. i also go to gym and have my taekwondo session. i kill my self in the gym just to keep my body fit and also my mind.

I always keep the reading hobbies. i really like books with the touch of mystery, some written by sidney sheldon, and some by sionel Jose. i like to read novels with sense and not just mere novels. it could help me refresh my mind and learn new things and ideas from them. in my room i have lots of books, and read and re-read them again and again.

in my own perspective, silence doesn't always mean yes, sometimes you keep silent because you don't want arguments or discussions, or sometimes you just don't like to hurt other people's feelings.we keep silent because we don't want to utter words which could hurt others especially when we're in the middle of discussions.

when i wrote poems and stories, i am usually inspired by friendship and love. Love for my family who are always there for me, love for my the people around me. Friendship when i have beautiful experience with my bestfriend, and i am so happy that i can't wait to write it down. these are the things that inspired me the most when writing poems and stories.

if a stranger approaches me and said "I LOVE YOU", i will say I LOVE YOU too, because you don't just give love to your parents and relatives, siblings, friends but also to strangers. Love is free so, give it away. who knows, he is also giving his love for free..haha

my weight is a big factor that i am conscious about. whenever my weight goes up, i am really bothered and hate myself for gaining weight. why? because i can't wear the things that i used to wear, and it is really a waste of money to buy new things because my old stuff won't fit me anymore.

I always believe in KARMA, be it good or bad. That's why i never forget to do good unto others, so that others may do good unto me,too. There's no difference between golden rule and KARMA. they do tell the same and means the same. when you do good deeds, good things will happen to you, and when you do bad, the same thing will happen to you, that's what we call bad KARMA.

the first thing i do when i wake up in the morning is to thank god that he had given me another day to live, then i will look for the mirror and see how ugly i am during mornings. then, i go straight to the bathroom, brush my teeth, wash my face, comb my hair.this is my daily routine when i wake up.

hmm. as a girl i love to receive flowers and not chocolates, though chocolate is really sweet, but flowers for me is a symbol. a symbol of love from the one courting you. you can consume the chocolate in a second, but nothing beats the flowers that your love have given you.
