shyamshankar In my country too they have 18 for women and 21 for women...well cause in our country normally boys are 2-3 years older than their counterparts. This is a general trend.

shyamshankar It depends upon couple to couple. If famil requires that earning from both members will fulfil their expenses and savings then , both work. If that is sufficiently earned from one member , then that is enough.
