sierras236 responded to a discussion called What is the fastest way to earn money writing articles online? in make extra money.
There are two basic ways to earn with article writing. There is the residual income. This is where you own the copyright to your articles but get either ad revenue or ppv income. These sites are Helium, Associated Content, and eHow. My personal favorite is Helium. Then there are places where you get a flat rate for your articles. Those sites are Demand Studios, Textbroker, and Constant Content....

sierras236 responded to a discussion called are you using helium? in helium.com.

Yes, it is worth it. But make sure you read all the TOS before signing up. I make more in residual income than I do on AC.

You are right. Of course, the polls stated that the Republican would win with his two digit lead. It is the state of New Jersey where President Obama visited at least five times on campaign raising funds (instead of dealing with Afghanistan or the economy or health care or gay rights in the military or keeping a majority of his promises, but those are a separate issue). Sorry Annie but if the R...

Yet, nothing in those thousand plus health care plans actually addresses the fraud in the system or have any real plans for getting rid of it. When the health care bill's state that they are cutting Medicare, they aren't talking about streamlining or fighting fraud, instead they are cutting actual programs. The government has always been synonymous with waste, it is just far more obvious now.

Helium is like every other website that you want to make money on. The more you work at it, the more you can make. Associated Content's upfront article pay varies. There are many types of articles that AC won't accept for upfront payments. Helium doesn't make upfront payments but instead has a marketplace that pays a decent price for articles, if accepted. Looking at just residual income...

One other reason I love Helium is because they have expert writers that help when starting out. They mentor the new writers and give advice on their writing to help them become better.

sierras236 commented in a discussion called Helium title closed Grrrrrr! in helium.com.

If you are worried about your writing percentage, try leapfrogging some of your older articles and get their percentages up. It will jump start the ratings and you might get a higher rank. The only other thing I can think of is for you to go to the forums in Helium and ask for advice on how to maintain your writing percentage. Others may have some insight that I don't have. For maximizing SE...

You still have to look at the fact that President Obama went there five times to campaign for this guy. What this is showing is an overall revolt to the current administration. I have a feeling a lot of incumbents are going to be voted out this year. All that influence and President Obama still couldn't inspire the people to vote for the wrong choice for their state.

Should we use the paychecks from Congress to pay off the National deficit?

With the deficit at an all time high, shouldn't we all vote that Congress have to use their paychecks to pay it off? I mean after all, they are the reason we got into this mess. They live off the...

How Bad Politically Does Losing the Olympic Bid Look for President Obama?

It is official Rio is the host of the Olympics. In a first round stunner, Chicago gets voted out. This is going to hurt President Obama especially in his home city of Chicago. This in my opinion...

Can President Obama out persuade the Soccer Star Pele of Rio for the Olympics?

President Obama is up against some tough competition. Soccer star Pele has a lot of clout.
