Ironically enough, even our Foundering Fathers knew that Happiness was for the most part temporary because even they could not guarantee it. As far as social change, it takes time. Yes, most do have some type of coverage. What I am talking about is the insurance companies that have co-pays on birth control pills. I wouldn't call it hypocrisy. I would call it more an idealistic hope for their future country. Our Founding Fathers did have some insight and I think that they knew that social changes wouldn't be immediate and that they would take time.
