 Wow, six months ago I was probably far more active in myLot, then I decided to step away. It became too much work for me, and I was working on some issues. Then I kept running into people that were strictly for the money. BS topic after BS topic.  Actually, the most successful way of doing it, that I've had, was to keep busy. If you have time in the afternoon, join a club or take a class. If you have free time on the weekend, clean your house. Make sure you have flexibility when friends call to occupy your time, but make sure there is something for you to do.
