I didn't get to go to AWA, we wanted to but we didn't get to drive on down. We do go to Tekko here in Pittsburgh, Otakon in Baltimore, Colossicon in Ohio and a few others throughout the year. I would love to go to AWA sometime when we can get the time off work.

I simply love Howl's Moving Castle. It was one of the cutest movies I have ever seen and I would love to see it again. The magic and mystical nature of Howl's is so wonderful. I can't wait to share Howl's and other Ghibili studio films with my children.

I very rarely make my bed. We just wake up get ready for our days and then kind of just fall into bed to sleep. I have read that people sleep better in beds that are unmade. The other night i felt the same way. I was so tired that I feel asleep a lot earlier than I normally go to bed. I am used to reading a book for a few hours before I go to bed, but this night I wasn't able to stay awake to read and I just fell asleep before I was even able to read one page.

When my little man Falcor curls and sleeps with me he purrs very loudly that it makes it hard to sleep. There are times when I close the door and keep him out of the bedroom so that I would be able to sleep. But it is so comfortable having my cat sleeping beside me, I just wish he didn't purr so loudly when he gets touched lol.

I actually would give my condolences to the onwer of dog who is dying or has passed. After a while, your pet becomes a part of the family so when something happens and the animal is no longer alive it is heartbreaking. I cried for days when I had put my cat down that I have for 17 years. It tore my heart that I wouldn't have her anymore.

I can tell the emotions within my cats too. If I go away for the weekend, my cat will ignore me fore two days. No matter how much i pet him or try to get him to come to me he just ignores me. After those two or three days then he's back to his old loving self. If I am not feeling well he comes and curls up with me while I watch television or take a nap. If I am sad he rubs up on my leg and meow...

The same thing basically happened with me. Not only did I move to a new city, but my best friend also got married and had a child. We just grew apart as our lives took different directions. I miss her dearly and wish things were different sometimes, but I have made wonderful friends in the city that don't want me to change for anything.

Well that was very nice of T. I was given a turkey for thanksgiving and we still have it. There is no way 2 people can effectively eat a 10 pound turkey so we froze it and also are eating it on New Years with our friends ^_^ Its a nice difference from the normal snacky foods we have.
