Ice Cream/ Or Sherbert?

I like Ice Cream and I like Sherbert too, I was just wondering which one do you prefer and if I am trying to watch my weight is Sherbert ice cream considered a diet food?

southernmom I don't know if Sherbert is considered a diet food. I definitely prefer ice cream - Cold Stone being a fave. I'm also a huge fan of the new self-serve frozen yogurt shops popping up everywhere...I think they're supposed to be low fat and some have active...
