I think the best time is early in the morning of aft the sun goes down that why the heat from the sun will not take all the water out of the plants before the water can help them grow

I do not like sagging pants. I do not know why some guys think that is cute it is not. As for making it a law that people can not were sagging pants I think that is just an other way for the governement to waste money and put this country even more in debt.

I love places like that you never know what you are going to find.We have thrift shops and a place called Sheps it is a discount store it is messy but I like going there it is very big and has all kinds of stuff I can spend hours there.
