It depends on the condition of the beggars.If she or he is physically unfit,then there is nothing wrong in helping them.Encourage begging is not a right thing.It is better to help them by giving food and dresses.Most of the beggars misuse the money for drinking smoking and other anti social activities.

Bux.to paid me twice,but they paid me in the initial stage when the site was opened.Then they canceled my third request of 48 dollars and the withdrawal amount was now raised to 50 dollars.On last may,i again requested 120 dollars and they put the request on queue.Now i am waiting to get the payment.I am not sure that they will pay or not.I think they are paying some upgraded members.
