I actually disagree with the blogger platform. Despite the fact that it's owned by blogger I like the wordpress platform better and it doesn't rank all that much worse. I use all the extra money I have made from earning online to reinvest it into more profitable ventures and leverage other opportunities. Brad,You make some great points and I agree whole-heartily with you. If you're going to be serious about blogging you need to purchase your own domain and in my opinion host a wordpress.org blog. That's what I have and it provides me optimal flexibility and I have monetized it the way I want, and I control the content, which is most important to me. Very good contribution to the thread.
