sure when i feel happy and try to dance but i am not a good dancer. dance steps are faulted and i feel not better when i danced. but i have solution of this problem when i want to dance i keep the sentence of music and song in my mind and i take steps of dance in my mind and enjoy.

i did not afraid to accept my mistakes. when i wronged side i accepted and do not repent on my mistake because after mistake every thing over repent and afraid is do not meter in this case. reward of your mistake come soon you just wait of your mistake reply not afraid and repent just await and ready to defend.

yes i agree with your sorrows and emotions like this activities are affect on our health system. i have my own experience when i depressed and have some sorrows i feel not better and feel some fever and temperature high in minutes. in my point of view i believe that emotions can influence our health.
