 often i sleep at about 12 at night, and wake up at 7 in the morning.
at that i was a student,but now i will graduate, and i find i have to wake up early.
sometimes i only sleep about four hour,it is sleep at 1 night,wake at fout or five morning. i know this is not good to health,however, i must do this way,because i have some thing to do at once. |
