Anna I agree with @DaddyEvil, a laptop needs to be shut down and restarted once in a while. Server computers have to run all the time, but they are built to run 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

DE Most laptops and computers need to be shut down about once a week and restarted. Otherwise they will become laggy and will eventually just lock up until you restarts them. If you wait that long, though, you might lose stuff from the memory.

youless I think most of the time it is OK. But I often turn off my computer if I don't use it. Of course if it is running programs like downloading, then I won't turn it off. I will just turn off the monitor.

Arya Now I drink a third of the 3 in 1 sachet in a very small cup along with food in the morning. Then I try not to drink coffee the rest of the day. I have a cheat day though - on Sunday.
