What is the best way to loose weight?

I know I'm not the first one that asked this question. But seriously... I was thin when I was in high school and when i started college my weight became from 47 kg to 61kg which is my present weight right now. I'm only 5 feet tall...

teng2x i think the best way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.you must have the determination.you don't have to starve your self,pls...just eat enough.
