We check our blood pressure frequently lady......probably at least once a week. We have two monitors - just in case. You can eat your way to lower blood pressure. Less salt, less fried stuff, lots of raw veggies and fresh fruit. Lots of water and juices and your blood pressure will drop in no time. (Unless you live a very stressful life), Then you have to learn to alleviate the stress. Sometime...

Gosh beauty,,,,I feel like the odd duck now. I didn't have to think hard about this one. My house doesn't feel clean if... my bed isn't made or if I have dishes in the sink. I'm 'older' and retired so the only toys laying around are mine, but I swear, I pick them up when I'm finished with them. I can't stand clothes on the floor and since there's only my husband and I, that's not gonna happ...

Well, every case will be different indeed. In our case, both my husband and I worked full time jobs. Both of our parents needed full-time care, which we couldn't give, unless we quit our jobs, which neither of us could afford to do. The best option for us, for a while, was to hire nurses to come stay with the parents. Later, their mental and physical health got so bad that they needed more int...

I hope the babies get better. It kills me to know my little puppy is miserable. I try to do what I can to help - sometimes wonder if I'm doing enough. Bless their little hearts.....

I used to be afraid of crowds too bonbon. It took a while, but I finally got over that. Now, go to the dentist.........lol

I understand a portion of fear like you describe. I have to make sure all the doors are locked properly and that I have the telephone right outside the shower - just in case. Strange isn't it?

It's not ridiculous peachie. I have no clue where unreasonable fears come from, but I don't think any of them are ridiculous. The same is true for deer....'specially in Texas. Weird huh? Just stay away from cows in the road.

Normally, louise, I'm not that way. That's why I called this particular problem unreasonable. I always try to look for the positive things but when it came to that boat business - I would just go nuttier than a fruitcake......... I couldn't stop the what ifs....... Thankfully - we ended up selling the boat, so I don't have to worry about it anymore. LOL

I don't blame you bunny. I would be concerned about them too. Fortunately, we don't have that threat where I live. Just tornadoes. lol One of these days, I would like to see Florida.

I've taught myself to "take the road less traveled" ellie, so I have to say I enjoy the gentle drive along a 'very' rural road. Like you, in my youth, which was another lifetime ago, I spent most of my time in the fast lane. It's where I thought we were supposed to be. As the years have passed, my roads have been found further and further out into the country, the more rural roads....The mo...
