thegamer128 I don't know anyone personally who makes the best cheese steak, but I do know one place in my area that has the best. I forgot what it was called...I think it's southern exclusive, though.

My absolute favorite part of a well cooked steak is the chewy fat. I think it has the most flavor and love it when the edges get a little crispy. How about you do you find that repulsive or are you a lover of the fat as well?
