hmm, i say it out loud if i can't carry it anymore, but not to the extent that i'll say what makes me mad.. i'll just scream, to take out the tension im feeling.. and after that, a move to solve what makes me mad.. maybe a reconciliation, or a peaceful agreement, depends on the severity of the situation..

i don't usually eat breakfast, i find it more relaxing not to eat something in the morning.. maybe a glass of water will do before i go..

it depends on what time will i be online.. if it's morning, then i'll be on a cup of coffee, if its in the afternoon, then a light snacks will do.. but most of the time, i don't eat when i'm in front of the computer, because i feel like my food will also contain the radiation from my monitor..LOL.. well, that's just an opinion..

hmm, for photo editing, i used adobe photoshop or illustrator, doesn't matter waht version you have, but i recommend the newest.. there's avilable tutorials online so its easier to learn.. i think you know what is right, so im not gonna brag you about photos online.. cheerup!

smoking is not good for the health, even if you look at it in all perspectives that you think, its effects and what they call as "pshycological benefit" to us, as it was said, psychological, it is only us, or our brain who only tell us that it does something good to us...

for me, both are essential.. cellphone have different use than computer.. for programs that i need for my work, i rely on my computer, so for the storage of my files, cellphones are for my immediate schedules, phone calls, and text messages.. i think i cant work if i dont have any of the two..
