What, if anything, is there to do with a roommate who won't manage their child. The 2 and a half year old was waging WWIII because she didn't want to go to bed. good call. I am a strong personality, sometimes too strong and I can come across very abrasive. Putting it in a way that is softer is a challenge for me rather than just stating what the situation is and needs to be fixed.
