 My hotel is in it's first year and then you need to do whatever you can to be visible. We're already PR4, not bad for a young site, and nos I am working on getting traffic.
My concept is to offer reviewers a free stay in my resort. In the first year we rarely have a full house so we can "afford" to be generous.
