uzzielvismanos hello jhl930! ahm., i have both gmail and yahoomail but for me, the best email is gmail because i really secure..because every time i log on it will pop up that the data is encrypted..well thats only my opinion..have a great mylot..God bless!

among all the fruits i have tried..Banana is my favorite one.. Putting all of the nutritional figures together, it clearly shows that the banana is the healthiest fruits among the other..and because of its impressive potassium...

uzzielvismanos yes! its really true...i prefer to drink mineral water than distilled water..ditilled water can cause kidney trouble but it has a solution for that problem..if a person have kidney problem because of distilled water that he took, you can let him drink a 20...
