USSR again?

Is USSR coming together again? What force do you think can stop it from rejoining, if Russia eventually decides to call the Countries that were together before the USSR scartered will this threaten the EU or US?

vaalitheking USSR is the need of hour .and i can see those contries get uniting again..... let it be called us union of soviet sovrign republics or socilais republ;ics...but they should join..... it will be a threat to US and EU , so will try to stop
