I am a new member. Have not reached payout, though. I am brand new. Payout is $10.00 I like it a lot so far. I researched the developers, and they have a good reputation.

They are under me. What I was referring to is that our upline puts our referral links in her videos to help her downline get referrals.

Right. The advertisers don't pay much for clicks with these things. In this one they pay .10 cents per click. So far, it looks like I am earning approx. .017 cents per click. I have 17 clicks of my own for a total of .30 cents. The rest came from my personal referral and his referrals. I either got really lucky or there is a serious glitch in the system. lol

Minimum payout is $10.00. I do not know how long it takes to transfer, as I have not yet reached payout. I will ask around and see what others have experienced.

I checked out the payment details. they pay through Paypal. It says you must request payment by the 10th of the month to receive payment on the 20th.

You can earn without referrals, but probably not much, and it would take a long time to reach payout. Referrals are not hard to get. I placed a few ads around the Internet, and got one, and he has several. Like with anything else, it is a numbers game. The more you advertise, the more you will benefit.
