Thanks for the information you have mentioned but i usually don't mind eating anything before going to bed[em]thumbup[/em].Sometimes when i go to bed i will have a bar of chocolate and then go to sleep.Only if i sleep in the afternoons then only i don't get sleep in the night.I never take cheese at night before going to sleep it will make my stomach heavy.[em]sad[/em][em]sad[/em]
