well I am a bit of both I belive that punisment is necessary but at the same time I dont think it helps. I see that even with punisment we dont learn people dont care and still kill, steal, abuse, rape, and so on. well thanks for that. I just wanted to clear few things up as I felt sorry for the poor girl been "abused" for something that was created by the media. I do not come from Bulgaria and I am not Bulgarian but I do understand the language and the colture.
