I live in Michigan. In Michigan it snows and gets cold in the winter. I personally love snow (just hate driving in it). I agree, it's wrong to steal movies and content. But it's hard to feel sorry for them when they charge SO much! The theater used to cost 5$, then they went up to 7, now it's like 10$ per person to see a movie at night. Some theaters will be 6$ at daytime, 12$ at night. Why does it need to cost DOUBLE at night? It's the same movie on the same screen, why does night or day matter? If anything...

First of all, your title is bad :) Well it sounds bad if you read it literally! Lol Anyway, that stinks! I would have told the Turbo people that someone stole it so maybe they would just turn it off and not charge her. Well, probably wouldn't work but it would be worth a try. Some people just take advantage of anyone - they don't care who. So sad!

Yeah it does change all the time here too :) Part of being a midwesterner is to expect any weather any day! True they cannot drive in it! I have a BIG thing against Walmart and am happy you didn't shop there :) You did a great job of staying in your budget. I don't do it based on total amount, but rather on an average amount per kid. I have 7 children to buy for now (only 1 is mine!) So I set an amount of how much about I want to spend on each kid, with my baby of course getting more. I am pretty good at sticking close to that...
