I have been using NOD32 for about 3 years and it has worked like a champ! Also may want to get Xsoft anti-spyware.

I am always looking for educational programs and info for my children,such as from bitme.org, but I hate to pay for it because some of it is just junk. Also, I like to look at the get rich schemes and laugh. I have no problem seeding just hate to try to download something that never starts or finishes. Security too, don't like the idea of someone trying to hose me either.

I was already aware of the free public sites but there are also are sites that are private that require an invite and have stipulations on the amount you must upload or share. In return they offer greater availability of downloads and speed.
