just move everyday, you can walk, jump, may be little sit up and push up. don't eat food that its caloris is high.

start exercising the first thing in morning. As soon as you wake up in the morning try working out for about 30min to 1 hours . studies shows that working out in morning burn up to 3x more fat as supposed to workout any other time heres why:
during the day your body main source of energy is carbohydrate that you get from eating your meals. as you sleep at night for about 6+ hours your body uses up all those carbohydrates as energy for various bodily functions that go on even while u sleep. when you wake up in the morning your body doesn't have any carbohydrate left.
so working out in the morning is the best way to cut fat

i have lost 24 pounds just because i have been growing my own food all year, i eat something out of my garden every day and i never ever eat anything fatty, i gave that up when i gained 3 sizes, it was horrible, also i get out on my bike every day and try to ride uphill alot, this works on the abs and the rest of the body riding against the wind is good too, but there's nothing better than getting on that bike and pedalling for a few miles, it's better than a workout in the gym...

That is good to know because I did not know that we had to do something extra to burn the belly fat. I always imagined that by doing some abs exercises will be enough to burn fat and to mark the abs. Thank you for that information.

if you want to lose those fats. you should avoid fatty foods. take a regular exercise. dont be a lazy.
