The weather has taken a turn for the worse in New York this week, dropping suddenly into the 40s for no good reason except, apparently, to torment me. And like that, all thoughts have turned from ice cream to hot chocolate.

So far I have not tried any dark hot chocolate but it those sound good.
I find the packets are just fine but melting chocolate of any kind and having it as hot chocolate would be a great treat. I don't know that I'd go the extravagance of getting the Venezulan chocolate though!
