Actually it's the "top note of marshmallows". I guess by the complete overeaction by the blogger that she isn't familiar with scents as the marshmallow scent is used in a lot of products such as scented candles, perfumes, body powder, spa treatments etc.It's nothing new to use the marshmallow scent in fragrances is the point.
