In an recent exclusive interview with the highly acclaimed Yazhou Zhoukan (trans: Asia Weekly), the Dalai Lama said that everything about the Tibet issue has nothing to do with the West. It's an issue to be dealt with by the Tibetans and the Hans and only by them.
