Although I'm disappointed in the way China has been doing with its Olympic PR, I am also disgusted at the amount of violence shown by pro-Tibet protesters. They are not insulting China, but the Olympic Torch. They can protest, but not in a violent way -- if they are true believers of peace. I always have problem understanding people doing violent protests like these -- the anti-poverty groups, anti-WTO, anti-corporate blah blah blah. I just don't understand what good they expect their...

the chinese people must understand the real plight of the tibetan people under the bloody communist regime of china. they must recall what happened to themselves during the tienamann square protests. the chinese government think they have tibet for free. it will not be so anymore. the tibetan people must protest for all they are worth. they must gather the support of the international community. the time is ripe for them.
china itself is going through a bad phase as it is struck by natural calamities like earthquakes. the olympic games is turning out to be a haunting ghost and nightmare for them.i donot think they will have the stomach to even conduct the olympic games well enough.
those who live by violence will also die by violence. the chinese rulers will understand that
