Bleach is an interesting anime series. Fairly violent, even as anime goes, as it is mostly a samurai-style fighting show. Lots of swordplay, lots of blood.
No one is really sure why it is called "Bleach" except that the main character has orange hair. It is his natural color, but when Japanese try to bleach their hair blond, they often end up with orange.
