I just heard about this today, and it made me feel a little better considering I had 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast this morning. I think the key to this "big breakfast diet" might be to make sure you aren't eating too much saturated fat, and making sure the carbs you eat are the right kind.

Substituting whole wheat toast for white toast is a good start. Some companies have aso started making whole grain waffles. I like the ones with flax seed, they taste good and are filling.

I suppose it's true! I usually don't eat but tried to catch some breakfast before heading off to school. When I do eat little breakfast, it feels good later on but I feel hungrier. On the other side, when I eat something big for breakfast-Eggs and Rice, I'm full and feel good about myself. Later on, I would still be fine and doesn't need to eat till later. The in betweens I would eat fruits.

i have always eaten cereal and pancakes for breakfast, but it's only been like weet bix for brekkie in the cereal area for me. Low in sugar, and my parent's also looked out for me also while growing up and didn't like to much sugar intake in me either. Great article.
