| | 2.  miejanne (207) | 2 years ago |  Yup, it's prettu much the practise way, like with everything else. One thing though, if you feel pain, you should stop and continue later on. You should train maybe 20-30 min sessions or so, but you could do it 2-3 times a day, instead of one hour finger bleeding marathon;) Remember to warm up and start slowly, building up the speed. You fingers will adjust in time and it'll become easier. Happy shredding!
