 HI girls well I finally got the scanner working so here is the piece I am working on.
I will also add a comment so you can see the full picture of it when it is finished.
But for now this is how much I have finished on my piece.
i work on it every day for about 2 to 4 hours in the evening.

1.  mssnow (4138) | 3 years ago |  Oh that is lovely. Do you do a lot of cross stitches?? I have never really gotten into it much although I would if i had more patience.. Do you have alot of patterns you are working on??? would love to see some more. I bet they are just as pretty as that one..

I have more patterns and kits than I will ever be able to finish
BUT...it keeps me off the streets and out of trouble LOL
Seriously when I don't feel good I can pop in a good movie and stitch and watch the movie.
I just can't seem to just sit and do nothing.

Usually when I go to my doctor's office I have a small charity piece I am working on.
He saw me working on it (he is from Pakistan) and he asked me if I would make him something. I said sure but not today (laughing) he said Oh ok.
Now when he sees me for my visits he sometimes asks if I am making him something.
I say "Yes, and you will get it before I die!"
Poor man did not know how to respond to that.
But I am diligently working on it.
So there is the story behind me making this.
I guess sooner or later it will show up in his office
Unless he takes it home not sure which yet.

its hard for me to get time to work on my projects.
homeschooling gets in the way LOL
Oh well only one more year and I will be done but he expects me to help him with his vet tech school too
I am wondering if I will ever get out of school LOL

That is just gorgeous, but I can see where you might think that you did something wrong because of the curve. I thought that too when I was doing the infamous tree skirt, if you remeber that one. Anyway, this one will keep you out of trouble for a good long time. I am doing the petit point on the butterflies and stainedglass windows of the castle, on the Guardian Dragon, and it's completely different from working over two threads on 28 ct. when you work over 1 thread in the same pattern, and takes meticulous, painstaking time. I think it would be very time consuming to do a whole large piece over one thread, but it would be so fine and delicate.

Yep I love doing this except the colors are so close in color to each other.
Have you opened the Guardian yet the one with the wolf in the trees?
That one will probably be a night mare too!
