I'm a plastic bag saver!

I always save plastic bags too. I use them for my small trash can in the bathroom. The kids use them for their small trash cans in their bedrooms. I also use them for the waste that I remove from the cats litter box. It is always better to place the waste in the plastic bags and tie it closed before placing in the larger trash bags I use in the kitchen, therefore, the litter and the odor has less of a chance of spreading.

I use them for when I go on vacation I put wet clothes in them to keep them seperate and I also use them for the cat liter and for unmatched socks that way I can keep them seperate.

My kids laugh at me because I have a big bag stuffed full of them hanging on my pantry door too. I use them for everything from packing materials, to lining the bathroom and bedroom wastebaskets. We took several over to a friend's last year when she gave me some plants. They worked fine for carrying the plants home without filling the car with a bunch of dirt. I use them all of the time for transporting various items from one place to another. There are so many uses; I could not begin to list them all.

My kids tell me I should just throw them away because I already have a lifetime supply, but I use them all of the time and if I ever feel the need to unload a few extras, I drop a few extras off at Sav-A-Lot when I am shopping. Other shoppers appreciate having a few extra bags lying around so they do not have to buy bags to bag their groceries.

I save all plastic bags to use for garbage in the kitchen. They don't hold a lot, but that's okay because it causes me to keep pack them light so they are easier to carry out to the dumpster. I don't line my bathroom garbage can; I just dump it in the bag in the kitchen before taking the trash out. I keep a roll of garbage bags for when I run out of plastic bags. That rarely happens,so that roll has been around for years.

These bags are also good for storing greens in the fridge, and they work well as lunch bags if you are not too concerned about appearances at work or school.

I am a big recycling fan lol. I will try to use and re use the plastic bags until they cannot be used any more. I also invested in a nice Harrod's tote bag that cost me 20 bucks at the airport last winter and I try to use that if I am going for only one bag of shopping so I am shopping in style lol and saving the planet, can't be bad can it?

I get those plastic bags too everytime I go to Walmart or the local store in town. I have one plastic bag hanging off the drawer handle in my kitchen. I put all the other plastic bags in that bag. I use them for trash can liners in my small trash cans. I also use them to put plastic containers and can in for recycling. Then every couple weeks or so I take them to the recycling bin in town.

If I start accumulating too many plastic bags, I try to remember to take them with me to Walmart to put in their bin for recycling bags.

we really do save plastic bags and even plastic cups, spoons and forks my mom loves doing it coz you can still use... for plastic bags we segregate those that can be used as trash bags, and clean plastic bags that can be used for food, clothes or other stuff.. the plastic spoons and forks can be used also if you're going for an outing or camp no need to buy or it's disposable no need to wash them hehehe... it's also a way of saving money... I don't only recycle or save plastic bags. I also collect plastic bags. When i go to places and but something. I keep the plastic bag for remembrance.

Yep! I also collect them!:) I use them as trash bags, packing padding for my ebay stuff, etc. I use them as the trash can in my bathroom. I use a regular trash bag in the kitchen, but I will use these small ones to wrap up stinky stuff before I put it in my trash bag so my house don't stink up.

I also save the plastic bags I've got when I'm having a grocery. I use this as a temporary bag when we have something to carry. I also used it as a cover in my garbage and a bag for separating the biodegradable to non-biodegradable. It is somehow useful because I don't need to buy plastic bags. I just reuse it.
